What do Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchill, Johannes Gutenberg, and Mother Teresa have in common?

Well besides passion, determination, faith, circumstances and a positive attitude, they have ‘something’ that is becoming harder to find and sets people apart – the ability to communicate.

Now more than ever – since our messages are easier to broadcast around the globe – we need to practice the art of communication – all the time.

Effective communication takes practice.

It’s more than talking and listening – it’s the whole interaction we share when we take our dog for a walk down the street, send an instant message to a colleague across the ocean, or just drink a coffee in a meeting.

Think I’m kidding.

Try not to communicate for 10 minutes and after your experiment – share your thoughts here.
